It’s not as easy as you think to organise a swimwear model photo shoot in just one day. After weeks of preparations which includes: styling, casting, organising crew, location preparation, paperwork, equipment purchasing, equipment hire, model beauty treatments, lots of paper work and telephone calls with all people involved, the day the swimwear photo shoot starts, becomes a relief to organisers and crew.
Normally most outdoors swimwear photo shoots start early morning on some cold beach or back alleyway. Fortunately on this unusual swimwear photo shoot, makeup started at a nice 10am in the morning on a gorgeous slightly warm winter day . After 2 -3 hours or hair and makeup preparation, the crew relocates in one of the most beautiful places to visit, The Rocks, Sydney Harbour, Australia.

Once on location, time becomes a precious commidity as flash gear is prepared, final touches are made to the models makeup and hair and the location is set for shooting. On this occassion the sun was starting to set and light was moving away from us. The most important thing is to remain calm and to get the best expressions from the model.
In less then an hour the photos for the first scene have been taken and it’s a quick walk to the next location. As the next location is being set up, the model, Claudia and makeup & hair artist, Nuggett prepare in a near by hotel. Many tourist and onlookers watch to see the set up of the photography equipment to see if someone famous or interesting will be attending the shoot.
The harbour is busy with boats and tourist, the model positions herself and professionally ignores the onlookers while she poses for the camera. In a glimpse of an eye the second scene photos are taken and the entire photography crew walks the short distance to the last location.
